Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Pigeon Proxies (“Pigeon Proxies”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of our website, dashboard, proxy network, credentials and any related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing bandwidth, or routing a single request through our network, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” refers to that company.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of your country, or if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions.

Accounts are created by signing in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping that Discord account secure — anyone who controls it controls your Pigeon Proxies account, your bandwidth balance and your proxy credentials. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, pricing, promotions or a suspension.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and through your credentials, whether or not you authorised it. Tell us promptly at support@pigeonproxies.com if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

The Service

Pigeon Proxies provides access to residential and ISP proxy infrastructure on a pay-as-you-go basis. You purchase bandwidth, we issue credentials, and traffic you send through the gateway draws down your balance.

  • Bandwidth does not expire. Purchased bandwidth remains on your account until you use it, or until your account is closed or terminated under these Terms.
  • Usage figures are reported by the network. Bandwidth counters shown in the dashboard are sourced from the network and may lag real-time usage or be restated after reconciliation. The network's accounting is authoritative for billing purposes.
  • Endpoints, pools and locations change. The specific IPs, subnets and geographies available at any moment are dynamic. We do not guarantee that any particular IP, subnet, ASN or location will be available, or that any given site will be reachable through it.

We may add, change, limit or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already purchased and cannot provide a reasonable equivalent, we will refund the unused portion attributable to it.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Bandwidth is charged per gigabyte at the rate displayed at checkout, subject to any volume tiers or coupons applied to your order. Applying a coupon does not entitle you to it on future orders. We may change pricing at any time; changes never apply retroactively to bandwidth you have already bought.

You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST or similar taxes arising from your purchase, other than taxes on our income. If a payment is reversed, charged back or otherwise fails after fulfilment, we may suspend your account and remove any unconsumed bandwidth attributable to that payment.

Refunds

Bandwidth is a digital product delivered to your account immediately on payment. Because it is provisioned instantly and can be consumed at once, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.

We will, at our discretion, consider a refund where:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error;
  • the bandwidth was never delivered to your account and we cannot deliver it; or
  • a sustained fault on our side made the Service unusable and we could not resolve it.

Requests must reach support@pigeonproxies.com within 7 days of the charge and generally cannot cover bandwidth that has already been consumed. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Acceptable use

Proxies are a neutral tool, and most of what our customers do with them — price monitoring, ad verification, brand protection, market research, QA — is entirely legitimate. The following, however, is not permitted on our network under any circumstances.

Breaching this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where we are legally required to do so. Report abuse to privacy@pigeonproxies.com.

Illegal and harmful activity

  • Anything illegal under the laws that apply to you or to us.
  • Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualises minors in any form.
  • Fraud, phishing, carding, identity theft, money laundering, or the sale of stolen data or credentials.
  • Threats, stalking, doxxing, targeted harassment, or facilitating violence.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or botnet command-and-control traffic.

Attacks and unauthorised access

  • Denial-of-service or amplification attacks, traffic floods, or any activity designed to degrade a third party's infrastructure.
  • Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing or exploitation of systems you do not own and are not authorised in writing to test.
  • Credential stuffing, brute-force login attempts, session hijacking, or bypassing authentication or access controls.
  • Defeating anti-fraud, anti-abuse or account-verification systems, including for account creation at scale.

Abuse of the network

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages of any kind, including email, SMS and platform DMs.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, sharing or redistributing access to the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineering the Service, probing our infrastructure, or attempting to identify or contact the peers whose connections carry residential traffic.
  • Ticket, sneaker or inventory automation that violates the target platform's terms, where prohibited by law.
  • Collecting personal data unlawfully, including scraping in breach of applicable data-protection law.

You remain responsible for third-party terms. Using our network does not authorise you to breach the terms of service, robots directives or rate limits of any site you connect to. That is between you and that site, and you indemnify us for it under the Indemnification section.

Fair use and network integrity

The network is shared. We may apply rate limits, concurrency caps or per-destination restrictions to protect it, and we may block traffic to destinations that have asked us to stop, or that generate a disproportionate volume of abuse complaints.

We may inspect connection metadata — timestamps, destination hosts, byte counts, error rates — to operate, meter and defend the Service. We do not inspect the contents of your traffic except where a court or law enforcement agency compels us to, or where it is strictly necessary to stop an active attack.

Credentials and security

Proxy credentials issued to you are personal to your account. Do not publish them, commit them to public repositories, or share them with anyone outside your organisation. We may rotate or revoke credentials that appear to be leaked, shared or abused, without notice.

You must not use the Service to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to Pigeon Proxies itself, and you must not circumvent bandwidth accounting, quotas or billing.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your access — immediately and without notice where the circumstances warrant it — if you breach these Terms, if your use exposes us, our suppliers or third parties to legal or security risk, if payment fails or is reversed, or if we are required to by law.

Where we suspend an account for suspected abuse, we will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation, and we will restore access if the concern is resolved. Bandwidth remaining on an account terminated for breach of Acceptable use is forfeited and not refundable.

The Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law and General sections survive termination, along with any payment obligations you have already incurred.

Availability

We work hard to keep the network fast and available, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not commit to any uptime percentage, latency, success rate or IP-pool size, and any figures on our marketing pages describe past or typical performance rather than a guarantee.

Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, network congestion, and blocking by destination sites can all affect the Service. None of these constitute a failure to deliver what you paid for.

Intellectual property

The Service — including the dashboard, software, documentation, branding and the Pigeon Proxies name and marks — belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. All other rights are reserved.

You keep ownership of the data you route through the network. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties — Discord for sign-in and community support, Stripe for payments, and the infrastructure providers that carry our network. Their terms and privacy practices govern their own services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any destination will be accessible, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pigeon Proxies, its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, fine or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms — in particular Acceptable use — or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law evolve. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice through the dashboard, by email, or in our Discord community before they take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that venue — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@pigeonproxies.com — nearly everything is faster to resolve that way.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
